A personal success discovery process

Success Discoveries for Me™ is a personal journey of immense proportions. The process starts by completing two online assessments. Then, using the Success Discoveries for Me™ guidebook, you'll explore your current, past and future states using what we call the Success Discovery Process.
Your personal reports and self-directed guide will take you to a whole new level of understanding and appreciation for who you are.
Be sure to read what Dave had to say (separate post).

Program Includes
  1. A personal profile assessment full of valuable insights - focused on your work life or your relationships - you choose!
  2. 30-page guidebook to take you through the Success Discoveries for Me™ journey
  3. A structure for taking you to a new level of self-understanding, appreciation and future directedness

The Success Discoveries team has combined the power of the most accurate and meaningful behavioral style assessments and personal motivators assessment with some of the most effective exercises for personal growth and achievement.
We've also included the online Personal Mission Statement Builder that takes you through the process of building your own personal mission statement. This proprietary tool and methodology has resulted in a powerful and easy-to-follow program for putting you on track to understanding yourself in a new appreciative way and helping set in motion what you want out of life.

About the Success Discovery Process
A success discovery process involves following carefully constructed exercises that are aligned with your personal assessment results. This is a self-paced program but you may find, like reading a good book, you won't want to stop once you get started (see Dave's feedback).

What is a Personal Mission Statement?
A personal mission statement is a simple, brief but motivating description of what you want to focus on, what you want to accomplish and who you want to become in a particular area of your life over the next one to three years. It is a way to focus your energy, actions, behaviors and decisions towards the things that are most important to you.

In addition to a personal mission statement, research has shown that highly successful people know themselves. They know their strengths and their weaknesses and they use that knowledge to guide their behaviors in a way that ensures success.

Select your focus
Depending on the focus you select, your personal assessment reports will provide relevant information:
Work and Career
Note: If you want to focus on both work and relationships, select the Work and Career option and follow both Success Discovery Processes. No need to take the assessments twice.
